I never really struggled with mental health issues until Covid. I found myself struggling each day. I recognized it and decided to get help. I signed up for a health challenge at my online health company and I focused on my mental health.

It is a practice I continue to this day. When my alarm goes off, I start a meditation when my brain and mind is fresh and there are no distractions. It helps me to start the day focused on my goals ahead.

Next, I write in my journal. I release any thoughts in my mind, I write what I am grateful for and what I am grateful for that is coming into my life.

Then, I move my body. I get outside and walk in nature, I stretch, I do yoga. Anything to change my physical state.

There are varying degrees of mental health issues and you should seek professional help if you are struggling. Remember, not to compare yourself to others because you are a gift. A one of a kind gift.

I hope this helps you or send it someone who might need help. I would be glad to share with you what I did and our mini program that helped me. To be apart of World's Mental Health day and share one tip for women that helped me is so rewarding. We are all here to help one another.
